Dharshan is three years old and is the oldest son of Sathish and Suganya. He has one younger brother. His father Sathish is a fisherman from Pudupattinam Fishermen Colony. They live in tsunami rehabilitation house at Pudupattinam.
Dharshan is a kindergarten student in the Primary School run by HOPE Foundation in Pudupattinam near Chennai, India. At the time of admission, the school ensured that Dharshan was taken to the government run primary health clinic where he was given the DPT (Diptheria, Pertussis and Tetanus) shot, and OPV (Oral Polio Vaccine). Dharshan will continue receiving OPV whenever there is a pulse polio drive. A primary health worker will also be visiting the school periodically, to ensure that Dharshan gets all his other vaccinations on time.
Your donation will ensure that Dharshan remains protected against seven deadly illnesses all his life.
