With your help, Sandhya can look forward to a healthy life

Thank you for ensuring that Sandhya is shielded from seven deadly illnesses by life-saving vaccines.

Sandhya is 4 years old and is the only daughter of Sanmughasundaram and Nirmala. She has one older and one younger brother. Shanmugam work as carpenter to support the family of five. The family lives in Priya Nagar, and she is a kindergarten student in the school run by Hope Foundation in Pudupattinam.

At the time of admission, the school ensured that Sandhya was taken to the government run primary health clinic where all the necessary vaccinations were given to her, and her immunization chart brought up to date. She will continue receiving OPV whenever there is a pulse polio drive. A primary health worker will also be visiting the school periodically, to ensure that Sandhya gets all her other vaccinations on time.
