Nisha, 6 yrs old, the only child, is enrolled in the 1st grade in Hope Foundation School. Her father , Muttu, is a fisherman and her mother, Ramani, is a housewife. The family of five (including grandparents) lives in Tsunami Rehabilitation Home in Pudupattinam Fishermen Colony. Nisha is the most cheerful student in her class.
At the time of admission, the school ensured that Nisha was taken to the government run primary health clinic where all the necessary vaccinations were given to her, and her immunization chart brought up to date. She will continue receiving OPV whenever there is a pulse polio drive. A primary health worker will also be visiting the school periodically, to ensure that Nisha gets all her other vaccinations on time.
Your donation will ensure that Nisha is shielded from deadly illnesses.
Thank you for your generosity.
