Four year old Suman is the older son of Viji and Chitra, and he lives in a small hut in Rajanagar colony. His father is a laborer, his mother a housewife, and he has a younger brother.
Suman is enrolled in lower kindergarten at the Primary School run by HOPE Foundation. At the time of admission, the school ensured that he was taken to the government run primary health clinic where he was given the DPT (Diptheria, Pertussis, Tetanus) shot, and OPV (Oral Polio Vaccine). Suman will continue receiving OPV whenever there is a pulse polio drive. A primary health worker will also be visiting the school periodically, to ensure that he gets all his other vaccinations on time.
Your donation, Nicola, will ensure that Suman remains protected against seven deadly illnesses all his life.
