Santhosh faces the future armed with a smile

Santhosh.E PUDU 187 [1600x1200]
Dear Katelyn,

Three year old Santhosh is a kindergarten student in the Primary School run by HOPE Foundation in Pudupattinam, near Chennai, India. He is the son of Elumali and Sathya, and he has an older brother and a younger sister. His father is a helper working in a construction company, and the family lives in a tsunami rehabilitation home at Rajanagar colony.

At the time of admission, the school ensured that Santhosh was taken to the government run primary health clinic where he was given the DPT (Diptheria, Pertussis, Tetanus) shot, and OPV (Oral Polio Vaccine). Santhosh will continue receiving OPV whenever there is a pulse polio drive. A primary health worker will also be visiting the school periodically, to ensure that Santhosh gets all his other vaccinations on time.

Your donation, Katelyn, will ensure that Santhosh remains protected against seven deadly illnesses all his life.
